Zero Kundenorientierung

Die Lieferzeit der Tasche betrug rund einen Monat. Trotz Entschuldigung und Zusage einer Lieferung vor Weihnachten konnte ich das Paket erst nach den Feiertagen im DHL-Paketshop abholen.

Als ich am 15. Tag nach Ankunft im Paketshop eine Rücksendung anfragte, wurde mir mitgeteilt, die Frist sei abgelaufen. Eine Kulanzregelung wurde trotz der erheblichen, selbst verursachten Lieferverzögerung abgelehnt.

In diesem Preissegment ist ein solches Vorgehen aus meiner Sicht weder kundenorientiert noch eines angeblichen Premium-Anspruchs würdig.

Die Lieferung war flott und einwandfrei da,
die Farbe ist auch toll. Ganz ausgepackt habe ich die Laptoptasche noch nicht, da ich sie für Weihnachten möglichst original verpackt lassen möchte 😉
