Refer-a-Friend Terms of Participation

Terms of Participation for Gentlemen's Refer-a-Friend Program

1. The referrer must have placed an order with Gentlemen's that has not been returned or exchanged. The order must also be outside the return period.

2. The referred person must not have returned or exchanged their item. The referrer receives cashback after the return period has expired, but no later than 30 days after the referred person's purchase.

3. The cashback amount is a maximum of 10% of the referrer's cart value, but no more than 10% of the referred person's cart value. Payout of the discount code to the referred person is excluded.

By participating, all parties agree to these terms. The promotion may be changed or ended by Gentlemen's at any time without giving reasons. In the event of abuse or violation of these terms of participation, Gentlemen's reserves the right to exclude participants from the promotion.
